Add and edit your AWB Blocks
Shipthis contains a set of default Airway Bill Blocks. And if you wish to add new ones, you can do so using this section.
To add a new block:
In the main menu, click on Setup.
Hover over Shipping and click on AWB Block.
Now, on the top right corner of the page, click on the Add New button.
Enter the below details specific to your new block:
| Column | Description |
| ------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| Airline | Select the airlines part of this AWB using the dropdown |
| Acquired On | The date received on. |
| Start Number, End numbers | First and last part of the digits on AWB respectively. |
| Valid Till | Date the AWB is valid till. |
| Prefix | Numbers the AWB will be prefixed with. |
Finally, click on Add and Stay to stay on the same page or Add to save and return to the main screen.
If you wish to edit an existing AWB:
Follow Steps 1 & 2 as mentioned above.
On the Airway Bill Block page, you see a set of default and previously added ones. Now, click on the Edit pencil icon next to the desired airline.
Post changes, click on the Save button on the bottom right of your page.
