Manage role report permissions

Using this setup, you can set report-level permissions which enables visibility level and access to user roles on the reports.

To edit report permissions:

  1. On the main menu, click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the page and click on Settings.

  2. Next, click on Roles in the sub-menu. Here, you see an entire list of employee-related roles.

  3. Click on the Edit pencil icon on the required role.

  1. Go to Report Permissions. Here, under each category, you can select if a specific report is accessible or not for the role.

  2. To make a report accessible, click on the Accessible checkbox next to the report’s name.

  3. Finally, click on Save.
