Manage customer specific margins and charges

Using this section, you can add and manage customer-specific margins and other charges alongside the organizational charges.

To add customer-specific margins and charges:

  1. Go to Customer > All Customers.

  2. Here, you see a list of all your added customers. Click on the Edit pencil icon next to the required customer's name.

  3. Next, scroll right to find the Margins & Charges tab in the sub-menu.

  4. Under this, click on the required margin or charge's checkbox to add in the values.

  5. If the Enable Margin Override checkbox is selected, add the margin percentage, or if fixed margin, select Fixed Margin.

  1. If you choose to add customer-specific charges, scroll further down and click on Add Charges.

  2. Enter the required details on the charge:

    Charge Reference - Select what the added charge indicates.

    Charge Type - Charging type based on. (Per Kg, Per Shipment, etc.)

    Buy & Sell Curr - Currency used for shipping charges.

    Buy & Sell Price - The exact price in the selected currency.

  1. Click on Save and Stay to continue editing, or click on Save to save changes and return to the main page.

Note:

The added margins or charges will automatically reflect when new quotations are created for the customer.
