How to upload customer documents?

Upload customer documents

You can load customer-related documents and maintain them using this section.

To upload customer documents:

  1. Go to Customer > All Customers.

  2. Here, you see a list of all your added customers. Click on the Edit pencil icon next to the required customer’s name.

  3. Now, on the customer’s page, click on Documents in the sub-menu and click on Add Files.

  4. Select the required file from your local system and click on Enter to upload them.

  5. Once done, if you wish to preview the uploaded file, click on the file name to generate a preview on the right pane.

  6. Click on Save and Stay to continue editing, or click on Save to save changes and return to the main page.

  7. To further download the set of uploaded files, click on Download as Zip above the Add Files button.

You will also be able to see the preview of the document. Just click on the document, and the preview opens up on the right screen. Â
