Create and edit customer record

Active shipping customers that are part of your organisation need to be added to the Shipthis CRM to create quotations and to add shipping details.

To create a new customer:

Go to Customer > All Customers.

Click on Add New on the top right corner of the page.

Enter the required details to add the customer:

Company Name & Phone Number - The exact company name and the contact number of this customer.

Primary Contact:


First Name & Last Name - A primary contact person from the company.

Name - After entering the first and last name of the contact, select the same from the dropdown under Name.

Email - Email address of the primary contact.

Accounting Contact:


If this contact person is the same as Primary - select the Same as Primary checkbox.

If not, enter the first name, last name and select the name.

  • Click on Add And Stay to stay on the same page, or click on Add to save the customerÂ
