To disable a user, follow the steps below:
On the main menu, locate and click on the "Settings" icon on the top right corner of the page.
โ1. Navigate to Users:
Once you are in the Settings section, find and click on the "Users" option in the sub-menu. This action will display a list of all the users within your organisation.
2. Select the User to be Disabled:
Scroll through the list to find the user account you wish to disable. To make changes to their account, click on the pencil icon (edit icon) associated with the user's record. This will open the user's profile for editing.
3. Access the User's Edit Page:
After clicking on the edit icon, you will be directed to the user's edit page. Here, you can modify various aspects of the user's account.
4. Disable the User:
Look for the "Is Disabled" checkbox on the user's edit page. This checkbox is usually labeled as "Is Disabled" or something similar. Tick the checkbox to disable the user's account.
5. Save the Changes:
Once you have disabled the user's account by ticking the "Is Disabled" checkbox, make sure to save the changes. Look for a "Save" button or similar option on the page and click on it to apply the modifications.
If you ever need to re-enable the user's account in the future, you can follow the same steps but uncheck the "Is Disabled" checkbox and save the changes.
