In the Shipthis ERP, each collection list (e.g., Shipments, Vendors, Invoices, etc.) includes a 'Table Settings' feature. This option allows users to conveniently view/sort data based on any attribute within the collection.
How to configure these table settings
Click on the ‘Table Settings Button’:
The following drawer should appear:
Search for any field/attribute you want to use in the table:
Make the hidden field as visible by clicking on the icon, this will move the hidden fields into the visible column or vice versa:
Once the required fields are moved to the visible column or vice versa, click on the ‘Save’ Button.
After this, the added field will be available in the table:
Now, various options like sorting or other complex filtering logic can be applied on this field to get the required entries in the list
Sorting: To sort based on the field values, please click on the column label
Filtering: To apply more complex logic on this field, please use the ‘filter‘ button
