Send quote updates to customer
Using this section, you can send or notify for any quote updates to your customers.
To send quote updates or quote related notifications to your customer:
Go to Quotation > All Quotations.
Click on the Edit pencil icon on the required quote request.
Now, on the quotation page, click on the Status Update tab.
Here, within the Status Message section, you can type the latest status update or a notification message and click on Send. This publishes the message onto the Shipthis Customer Web App for the customer to view.
If you wish to send this an email, click on the Notify Parties checkbox.
