Add and edit your vehicle types
Shipthis provides two default types of shipping vehicle type - 20 FT & 40 FT. And if you wish to add new ones, you can do so using this section.
To add a new vehicle type:
In the main menu, click on Setup.
Hover over Categories and click on Vehicle Type.
On the top right corner of the page, click on the Add New button.
Enter the below details specific to the new shipping package type:
Name - The specific name given to your vehicle type.
Code - A unique code to identify your vehicle with.
Container Size - Specify the size (optional).
Finally, click on Add and Stay to stay on the same page or Add to save and return to the main screen.
To edit an existing vehicle type:
Follow Steps 1 & 2 as mentioned above.
On the Vehicle Type page, you see a set of default and previously added ones. Now, click on the Edit pencil icon next to the desired type.
Post changes, click on the Save button on the bottom right of your page.
