Add and edit your product types
Shipthis provides a set of pre-existing shipment product types. And if you wish to add new ones, you can do so using this section.
To add a new product type:
In the main menu, click on Setup.
Hover over Categories and click on the Product Type.
On the top right corner of the page, click on the Add New button.
Enter the below details specific to the new shipping package type:
Product Type Name - The specific name given to your shipment product type.
Code - A unique code to identify your product type with.
Finally, click on Add and Stay to stay on the same page or Add to save and return to the main screen.
To edit an existing product type:
Follow Steps 1 & 2 as mentioned above.
On the Product Type page, you see a set of default and previously added ones. Now, click on the Edit pencil icon next to the desired type.
Post changes, click on the Save button on the bottom right of your page.
