Click on the Edit pencil icon on the required quote request.

Here, you see two options to download your selected quotation as a document.

1. Go to Quotation &gt; All Quotations.
2. Click on the Edit pencil icon on the required quote request.
3. Click on the Preview tab.
4. Here, you see two options to download your selected quotation as a document.

Click on Download to download the doc as a PDF or Download Excel for an XLS format.
