QUOTATION REPORTS
The Reports under Quotation module provides a wide range of quotation-related reports. Using these, you can gain a better understanding and analyze your customer sales seamlessly.
To access and extract a particular quote-related report:
Go to Quotation > Reports.
Here, you see the report names under each segment.
Click on the desired report’s name.
A separate page opens up, to filter in specific data, click on the Filter button on the left pane and enter the condition to fetch your quotations.
Click on Filter Data Range to select the period the quotations need to be fetched for. The screen, by default, displays quotations for the last 365 days.
If you wish to export the displayed report, click on the Export button on the top right of the page. Next, select the file type to extract the data.
Here’s a brief look into the reports under the Quotation section:
My Quotes - To fetch all of your open/active quotations.
Quotation Status - Quotation segmented categories, quote response times, quotes won and many more.
Quotation by Sales Person - To fetch reports based on salespersons’ quotation count, status and revenue.
Quotations Customer - To fetch reports based on customers’ quotation count and status.
