The Shipthis Customer Dashboard helps provide customer insights, performance-based analysis and various other updates.
Here’s a look at the sections within the Customer Dashboard.
Customers Exceeding Credit Limit
This section displays a list of customers whose balances have crossed their set credit limits.
To view further details regarding a particular customer, you can click on the Customer's name.
You will be redirected to the Customer page, where you can type in a status message for the selected customer to view on their web app.
Customer Performances
The below dashboard section categorizes your customers into good, average and low performing along with an assigned score for each of them.
