CUSTOMER REPORTS
The Customer Reports section can be used to fetch and export the below reports.
To access, go to Customer > Reports, and click on any of the below report’s name:
- Performance-based Reports:
Your customers are classified into three performance categories: Good, Low and Average, based on a score. You can view and extract a report based on the required category.
- Shipments by Customer Report:
This report displays each customer and their respective number of Sea, Air & Land Shipments, Clearance and Documentation jobs.
- Invoice vs Payment Report:
To view Sales/Invoices vs Payments made by each of your customers, you can click on this report and select your customer’s name from the dropdown.
