Create and edit a new shipment
Create and edit your customer shipments using the Shipments Module.
To create a new shipment in the Shipthis Freight Forwarding software:
In the main menu, go to Shipments > All Shipments.
Next, click on + Add New on the top right corner of your page.
From the pop-up, select the new shipments category: Sea, land, air freights or a documentation job.
On the shipment’s page, enter the below mandatory fields:
Customer Name: The customer's name.
Shipment Class: Select the shipment's class - Direct, House or Master.
Shipment Type: Select the type - Import/export.
Terms: Select the shipment's term - DTP, CIP, etc.
Shipment Description: Enter a brief summary to describe the added shipment.
Finally, click on the Add button to save changes.
To edit an already added shipment:
Click on the pencil icon before the shipment's name.
Enter the required changes, and click on Save.
