QUOTATION DASHBOARD
You can get an overview of all of your customer quotations, segmented into statuses and ready to extract.
Here’s a look at the Dashboard’s components:
Quotations by Status
This section has a segment for every probable quotation status like Open, Closed, Won, Lost and All quotes.
To access quotation in a particular status:
Go to Quotation > Dashboard.
Click on the required quotation status tab.
Click on Filter Data Range to select the period the quotations need to be fetched for. The screen, by default, displays quotations for the last 365 days.
To filter in specific data, click on the Filter button and enter the condition to fetch your quotations.
If you wish to export the fetched data, click on the Export button on the top right of the page. Next, select the file type to extract the data.
Quotation Accepted - Pending Job Creation
Using this section, you can view the customer accepted quotations that are pending for job creation.
To view quotes accepted and pending for job creation:
Go to Quotation > Dashboard.
Scroll down to the bottom section of the Dashboard to view the Quotation Accepted section.
Here, you see all the accepted quotes which are yet to be created for jobs.
If you wish to export the displayed data, click on the Export button on the top right of the page. Next, select the file type to extract the data.
