Shipthis CRM allows you to track customer life
To manage your customer journey & life-cycle:
In the Customer tab, click All Customers
Click on the Edit icon for the respective customer
In the Events tab, you will be able track the customer life cycle, life-cycle dates, comments etc.
The green status bar on the top of each customer page is the life-cycle bar where you track it.
