Get customer approval for shipment
Under the Shipments module, you can easily request customer approvals for all of your shipment types.
In the main menu, go to Shipments > All Shipments.
Click on the Edit pencil icon on your shipment from the list, where the Job Status = Open.
Next, click on the Get Customer Approval button on the top right corner of the page.
The Send Email pop-up is displayed. Here, edit the draft email's subject/text as needed.
Finally, click on the Send button to send this email for the customer's approval.
Once the customer approves shipment through the Shipthis Customer portal, the shipment Job-status changes to Approved.
