Manage shipment tasks

With Shipthis, manage your shipment workflows and action items. The several customized tasks & alerts help you automate and fasten your internal business processes.

To add and manage your shipment tasks:

  1. In the main menu, go to Shipments > All Shipments.

  2. Click Edit on the respective shipment.

  3. Next on the Shipment page's right side pane, you can see a Tasks section under Status Updates.

  4. Listed here are multiple tasks and a sub-section to create new custom tasks too.

  5. If you wish to add a new task:

  6. Enter the desired task name into Add New Task and select the Due Date.

  7. Click on Add Task to save it.

  1. Each of the tasks has an associated alert or an action item assigned.

  2. As an example, if you wish to send a pre-alert report to your customer:

  3. Click on the Send Pre Alert text under your required task.

  4. The email draft opens up, edit the text if need be, and click on the Send button.

Note: To create your tasks with alerts or action items, contact your IT support team for help.
