How to add and manage Shared filters in Shipthis

The Shared filter option in Shipthis allows you to save a filter for any List Report. This filter can be then used later and shared with other users of the organisation.

Creating a Shared Filter:

>> Go to Any Collection/List report in Shipthis and find the shared filter option: Example:

>> Click on the ‘FILTER’ button to create a filter Create a filter based on the requirement:

  • Select Field: Choose any field associated with the job.

  • Criteria Field: Define the logic by which the selected field should be filtered.

  • Value Field: Specify the exact value or range for filtering the selected field.

Note: You can add multiple filtering conditions across different fields by selecting the 'Add Condition' option.


>>Search using this filter

>> Once Searched, the filter becomes active and now is available to be saved. Click on the Save Filter Button and the following pop-up should appear:

>> If you want this filter to be available to everyone from your organization, please enable the shared filter option:

>>Save the filter

Accessing the created filters:

Click on the ‘SHARED FILTER’ button and the following drop-down should appear:

>> All the filters will be available here. For quick access, click on the pin icon, and that filter should directly appear beside the Shared Filter button:


>>Now just click on the filter name and the filter should automatically be applied:
